I have no clue, it is need of a recone, and I am about to buy it. My (levon) just bought a bunch of subs including some tc stuff from supa_c.

Looks like an XBL^2 or underhung motor... don't know what it is exactly.

I don't think its tc built, but no guarantee's. I think I will buy it and send it to scott atwell and see what the mad scientist can do, if he doesn't want it than Thilo can play with it.

I answered you in your post at tc forums, but.. it is very similar to the Audiomobile MASS driver (probably the same motor, actually) it is an under hung driver:) hope that helps
