Back seat box, need tips/pointers

Recommended Posts

looking for some help with the enclosure i am planning to build in the rear seat of my accord.

it is not going to be a wall but a ported box reall.

i was just wondering how to face the subs and ports.

like subs up ports forward and that kinda junk.

well i guess i should have stated what im looking for.

im looking for a loud daily driver.

Why not build a wall, if you're going through all that trouble removing seats, bolting the enclosure down, etc...

I'd fire both subs and port forward...unless you're going with smaller drivers, you're going to have problems getting the kind of port area you need and still keeping it under the rear window line.

thats what i was thinking.

but would it be better to have the port right inbetwen the subs so it fires right between the front seats, have the ports below and the subs ontop with a slot port running the width of the box, or would it be better if it was the same scenario but the port on the top with the subs on the bottom?
