how to wire sub into box, and attach it.

Hey i have my amp wired to my sub, but how do i wire my sub to the box. there is an outlet that is capable of wireing it in, but i dont know how. also what should i use to attach my sub to the box.http://i73.photobucket.com/albums/i217/lig...22/DSC00582.jpg

Run a wire from the positive lead on the sub to the positive terminal on that terminal cup, and do the same for the negatives. Run wires from the positive terminal on that terminal cup to the positive output on your amp, and do the same for the negatives. Attach the sub to the box with screws, so you can easily remove it should you ever need to.
