Ascendants 3 year driver warranty

Who is administering the warranty for Ascendant audio? I realize that there is a merger with Ficaraudio. I wasn't sure if I should post the question here or at Ficaraudio's spot. Scott and I have exchanged a few e-mails as I have been trying to isolate my problem. He has been EXTREMLY helpful, especially considering how busy he must be. Now that I know which driver I'm having issues with and what part failed, I'm curious which vendor will help me and if the 3 year warranty is still valid. I've got my driver boxed up and ready to ship, just wondering where it'll end up.
