Kevin and the entirety of the "Low-Hz" crew isn't worth my time.

There are no problems, if there were problems we would have changed them by now. Some of the tinsels have broken, but that is due to it pulling the copper out of the inside of the tinsel out of the jacketing on the outside (Copper not getting hot enough during solder) We've fixed that now. There were some issues with people beating the heck out of them and unloading them playing WAY under tuning and burning holes in spiders...

Aside from that Kevin has a vendetta against us, as does the whole "Low-Hz" crowd. Don't know what his deal is, or reason behind it, don't really care....if he really knew what he was saying he'd realize that he is doing nothing more then stepping on his own toes. :)

Just felt someone should expose his lies.

It's funny how some feel the need to dog another product to try and sell theirs......

It's cause the product they sell can't live up to the name so they have to trash the competitions product as the "last" resort...

and it's funny how he "hears" these things......

I hear Solo "x" s sound like crap

I hear DD is the dollar for dollar the worst sub to invest in

I hear BTL tinsels break like string

Oh and i also hear that in africa there is a pink elephant that changes purple when you throw water on it.....

LOL

Doesnt he learned anything from Adire Audio last time. I also heard of the BTL tinsel leads problems but no one has yet to prove its the sub fault. But I guess everyone is more than willing to blame the sub rather than blame themself.

I had to add my .02. Mainly to explain why I think Fi is a great company. At least now he has some solid positive feedback on the BTLs.

Its much easier not to dignify the cr@p with a response as I simply do not have time to play keyboard commando like other forum memebers do (this is not the only company/person that is currently employing this approach... I was pointed to another company doing the same thing earlier today). Does this type of tactic work? Im sure it does or they wouldnt continue it. But I think it is a little more akin to drunk toothless stinky ugly guys saying "Hey b!tch nice t!tties! Why dont you come over here and bl*w me?!?!?!??" For the hundred or thousand times it is said, it does probably work everyonce in a while. I just wonder what quality you get from that approach. And the same goes for Fi customers. I feel that the ones that are swayed by trash talking others products would probably end up being a PITA in the end anyway. Many have noticed that I am just as content in helping someone dial in the products they have and not making the sale or push towards Fi products. In the end, a happy customer will tell friends, and while I might not make the sale that day in helping them get what they are looking for out of something they might already have... I might later on, or simply from word of mouth after that. I feel that much like this forum, we have quality customers and people we come into contact with. Its not my goal to sway everyone, nor would I want to. Its just that those that do try the products are fairly happy and seem to become part of the Fi/SSA community and make things better on a whole.

Fi will keep doing what we are doing and taking the laid back approach. Seems to be working fine so far :)

Thanks,

Scott

Well Scott...

I look at it like this....

You can't please everyone and if you tried you'd live a really short life...

So as long as you know and understand that you can't please everyone, shows how much more "adult" we can be....

I am sure as hell glad that Fi and it's employees don't stoop so low as to "sling mud" of another product to try and sway a few uneducated sheep to buy their product....

and rightfully so, since Fi subs in reality do sell themselves....

But to put icing on the cake, Fi provides un-presidented customer support, prior, during and after purchasing of the product.... and it would be an under statement when i say you, nick and shawn go beyond what the "regular" tech/service reps do....

But I stand true to my word......

There are pink elephants in africa that turn purple when you get them wet.....

at least that's what i heard !!

Very well put, and one of the reasons I feel FI is one of the best internet based sub companies online in my opinion.

Great products and outstanding customer service will always make a winning combo :fing34:
