Alright i decided to do a wall of four 15's in my carand im pretty sure that i can get 4 sx 15's for $300 a piece or is there anything else that will get louder within a $1200 price range

You can get 4-Fi Audio BL 15's each with flatwind coils for $1196 shipped each with a 1 year warranty. The flatwind coil option increases power handling meaning these can handle more than the SX's and if you ever have trouble with them, its cheaper to get these reconed than to get RE's reconed.
