Which sub or subs

Alright to start off i dont mind waiting for a little. So the question is what should i wait for . I have and ext cab s10, i believe if i do a half wall i will be able to put two of the spl 12's he has cooking in a ported box in the back. or i could go will two of his 15's in a ported box, or finally one IXL 18.4 in a very big and stuffed sealed box.. I would love a lot of output, i could deal with a little SQ but spl is my main concern, as well as lows i absolutly love my lows so what do you thank i should get. I dont know exactly how much i can fit back there but it should be around 7-9 cubes for the half wall.

Well what is your budget? And how soon do you want to build?

I ask because the MAW-15s are in stock, the SPL 12s have not been set for production yet, and the IXL's are a few months off at least and will require a large box.

You could always do the MJ-18's ported.

well as of right now i have no budget, and can wait for a least 6 months if need be. but i would just like some input of which would sound the best (ie. loud and low) with my limited space. right now i have a small system but two tens arnt cuting it any more because the set before them were 12's that didnt last long on my new memphis amp but its good i can wait

Since you can get the mj18s for a little over 200 for both, go ahead and get those and if you want something different you could always sell them and propablly not loose to much off that sale.

Well what is left in your decision? More output or space issues?

If you have the space, do the MJ's. You won't be disappointed.

If you wish to upgrade in the future (doubt you will) there will be plenty of folks - from both car and home audio - who would be more than willing to buy them off you.

It will probable be a few weeks before i start buying suplies but i thank the 15's are looking a little more tempting just for the sake of building a box for them with out having to build the box inside the truck and i would love to keep my foot room. so i figure the 15's will give me plenty of output with a ported at a low 30 hertz.
