i started my diet/excercise routine a few weeks ago...

235pds (in jsut the boxers)

today, (after breakfast and wearing my denim shorts...hehe) 231pds. yesterday morning, no breakfast and in da boxers, 229pds. so yeah, it's working!

Mainly diet, exercise was hard to come by the last 2 weeks because of a wrenched neck.

Heh, that must be nice....It seems as if I'm on a quest to gain weight(not on purpose)

73" and 252 (in jeans,shoes, and 3 tshirts)

maybe this thread will give me a lil motivation to start working out again.

75" 232, weighed again today, keeping steady this week.

Also noticing the strength increasing rapidly... when I started I couldn't do 180lbs for reps in the squat. Yesterday I was doing 245 for 8, and could have went longer, and hack squatted 340 for 8.

:D

Improvement is addicting.

Right on guys - keep busting your asses and shedding those pound you don't want to pack around.

I'm still on the quest to gain weight ... bulking for this month, then I'll cut during May and chisel myself for the summer - send those pounds my way ;)

Lets see here, due to the conservation of matter theorem, that burned off weight/fat/energy can't be destroyed so it has to go somewhere, can't we just pick where we want it to go and send it up to the great white north?? :)

no shit, didn't know you guys where on diets too. I started the south beach diet one month ago yesterday, down 26lbs so far! thats a big deal for me, for those of you who know me.

well it just seems to fall off, with this diet. it's deff slowing down, but i'm liking all the new found energy and what not that comes from it.

thanks man.,.....right now the only thing hurting me is what i eat.....food choices here aren't much and what we have isnt that health concious.

Its not really "western food" per say........its an odd mix of european and western food............some times middle eastern as well....

Not a good job done with either tho.
