Low mounting depth 6.5"s

My friend is looking for a new set of 6.5" mids. He is restricted to 2 3/8" mounting depth. Any suggestions for mids or component sets with this restriction? Price is pretty much no object (within reason).

If price isn't an object, I'd modify the mounting location to accept a bigger driver.

well I had the same prob and found that the polk db comps were just under 2" if I remember right and they really don't sound to bad for the price
