Building/Shipment Status

Hey guys,

I thought it would be a good idea if we could have a place to check the status on our subs upon request. With the new contest, I thought it would be a great addition to the board. The UPS tracking number is one way to check, but when your in my situation, about 4+ days for an SSD, I think it would be nice to know how your sub is doing, and when it will ship out.

I know the guys at Fi are busy, and although this would be a great addition to the forum, they have the final call if this thread is a go.

So I will start. Please include your name, e-mail, day payment was recieved, and type of subwoofer.

You should get an e-mail with a tracking number...which takes you to the FI site, and shows the status plus your other info

I got the e-mail, but with Fi being very busy lately, the deliverly times may be off.

Kinda getting worried, can Scott or Nick at least clarify that they are running a little late on it. I just want to make sure it was not left behind or lost when it got mailed, as UPS still only says "billing information recieved".

I hope not... 3x the wait time then quoted is bad news. I totaly understand that it takes a long time to make subs, and with Fi becoming more popular, im sure they are backed up.

As far as i'm concerned, he could smooth things over by shipping my t-shirt and stickers with the sub, and I would promise a review, you know I would be good for it.

Where do you live bud? Build time is 2-3 days generally, and then you have shipping time. I will see whats going on monday, when the office open back up for you, if thats cool?

worry not my friend, you're in good hands... I get impatient too. but they must be SLAMMED with work so we all need to be patient I'm also waiting to hear good words. but alas, I must wait patiently also

as for the contest, it's over I won, you didn't get the memo I take it?

Yea, my 16 year old mind takes over sometimes...

I know you guys are putting in a ton of hours to keep your customers happy.

And I live in Chicago. It took my money order 5 days to get there. So 5 days to get my sub back to me sounds right.

And its not the fact that I don't have it, but the fact that UPS says they still haven't recieved the package to ship.

Im sure everything will be alright, just want to make sure. A $230 sub means a lot to a kid that works for 7.40 and hour, coming from Rockford P1's!

I will check first thing tomorrow morning on your sub. I just got back into town (left Thursday night) and Im not exactly sure what all got shipped out Friday. We did have about 20 subs that should have been finished up and packed on Friday... so I wouldnt doubt it if yours was in with that. I expect that it had either shipped, or if it hasnt, was packed and will be ready to go with out first UPS pick up tomorrow.

We are busy, but not 3X behind on dates by any means. We had one guy out Thursday and Friday with the flu... and another that will be out for this whole week as his wife had a baby on Sat (Congrats by the way ) We will get back on track ASAP, as its just a little matter of jockeying some peoples tasks around and me working more hours on the machines.

Ill keep you posted.

Thanks a ton Scott. Your great (and all the guys at Fi's) customer service never fails to amaze me. If you could please let me know how my sub is going, (if it shipped, even better) it would be great.

Name is Ryan Wichman and I place an order with you guys last Tuesday and was just curious as to maybe an estimate on when I might see it show up on the UPS tracking site. I realize you guys are backed up but was just wondering if I'm gonna see my two 12" SSD D2's before the weekend. I got my amp and box all set up and this is killing me to have to wait. I believe that pair of SSDs had shipped either on Monday or today. I will check when I get into the office tomorrow. If they did, them you stand a good chance of getting them in by the weekend.

im actually wondering the same thing, not so much to hurry up and get it in, but so i can have my dad keep an eye out for it while im at work...

i ordered a fully loaded 15" btl, was shipped to texas. it was supposed to be sent out last week, but the quantum view thingy still only says billing information recieved

saame here. I'm from texas 2. 15" fully loaded BTL is going into my Denali. Is it safe to assum that since Wichy ordered his subs a day before me, that they'll come on..monday?? I'm jus overly anxious to get my sub..
