Running Diet Sucks

Basically I'm on a diet of

-Basic carbs: Bread, Rice, Pasta, Salad

-Protien: Peanut butter, poultry (in small ammounts), Fish (broiled or grilled, no fried)

-Vitamins: Banannas, pills

-Medacine: Lots of IBprofien

and last but not least

A hell of a lot of water (5 litres today), gatoraid only after a run and tea and coffe in small ammounts.

No red meat, sweets, or loaded sanwiches.

I better brake 18:00 :ehh:

I'm shaving my head if we go to state. :woot:

Right now I can do ~20min on the track...but that doesnt include mudd, sand, grass, hills, etc...

Then agian I get bored when running 12laps and then 200m.
