Know Eclipse HUs? Help me out!

I recently installed an Eclipse CD-8445. It's been great, however I have not had much success using E-ISERV. I have not been able to transfer AreaShot files or Audio settings to my HU via CD or Memorystick. I have been able to transfer Motion Picture files however. Whenever I try to transfer AreaShot or Audio settings, I receive a "file err" message. I've tried upgrading the firmware...but that has never been done successfully either.

Any help is appreciated.

I have no real idea on the 8445, since it didn't have the crossovers I needed so I read much less about but my gut feeling is that it doesn't work at all with t he 8445. I might be very wrong though.

is it the same as my 8053?
