probably wouldnt sound all that great since there is more speakers behind you than infront if you that produce the vocals and highs

Since you don't care about SQ it would at least be easy. Just make sure to put a little enclosure around them otherwise your MT's might make them blow. That and your sound would be coming from behind you. Do you have something against using them in the stock locations? IMO that would sound better....

A member on ca.com with the same truck moved his bostons from the kick to the door.

They actually sounded better and louder

allstar, i know...mine are different than his kicks tho...idk i may not do it, but remember in my old thread(that got locked) i said how my friends neon had the 2 speakers mounted on the rear deck like that firing at the front seats, it was loud as HELL.....im just wondering if that will happen with my wall if i do that? i may not even do 2 sets in the wall...

If you want it loud, get some horns. If you want it really loud mount PA horns in that enclosure behind you, it will allow you to go deaf nearly as fast as you like.

I'd never use them, but they will be the loudest thing you can mount by far. Typically they are super effecient and can handle a heck of a lot of power. That and with the large horn they get loud. I am not really into LOUD systems, but since that seems to be your only requirement what the hell.

I was serious about the horns up front though. Sell your components and get a set, that would be the easiest way to keep up with your subs and unlike your other options you could still maintain some semblance of SQ even at high volumes.

ive been trying to figure out horns, but i still dont understand them. what set should i buy, what mids to go with them, and what crossovers? i also need an EQ?

EQ most definetely, the mids you can be flexible but in your case something with serious output would help, if you are lucky your HU will have enough crossover if not almost any offboard one will work but you could surely combine that with the EQ.

I should have read better, but eh at least your fine on the crossover.

Yep. Of course running active you will need separate channels for the mids and horns.

why even bother with the components or horns?

it's obvious that the only thing you care about is being heard so just use only the MT's

no point in wasting money on speakers that won't be appreciated

If it were me I would not even put the components back there, I would just run the 2 MTs you have in the best box you build. Nick NDStang45 might have a good idea as to how to build for the MTs.

Are you going to compete on a regular basis? if not I not recomend a wall for daily driving.

after i get my airbags put in, theres no way i can have a box big enough and still look good without doing a wall.
