I mean this won't be a 30,000w build kind of deal, but should still get pretty rowdy for my liking. If he has time I will see if me and Bryan the CEO can meter this thing once it's all done as he lives like 5 minutes from me.

Pretty frustrating day yesterday, I am not pleased at all with how that corner came out, slight gap in which im hoping expanding gorilla glue and silicone caulk will seal up. Wood took forever to cut as well. Back at it tomorrow

Where are your clamps?  Even with a not so perfect cut, you could have clamped her tight, then screwed it while the glue dried.

To seal that corner, I would first scrape all glue off and give it some 80 grit roughing up.  I would then glue & screw a solid 45 in that corner. Once dry, you could even throw one more layer of mdf over the 1st 45 if you wanted.  No way in hell the corner will leak then!

Get a new saw blade and use a edge guide to cut straight.

Doing it right the first time takes less effort than fixing a disaster.

Alright so I was back at it today with a clear and refreshed mind vs Tuesday which was a disaster. Things went MUUUUUCCCH better today. I'd say there is about 2 hours or 2 and a half hours to go on this enclosure. Just need to add 2 more 45's, baffle, mount the woofer, and put on the top.

I think what ruined Tuesday mostly was that I dropped a sheet of MDF on my toe and obliterated it, it's bad lol.

This was early in the day I do not have a picture of what the end day result was

Also this guy worked an absolute MIRACLE on those baffles, kid has never done wood work at all and they came out damn near PERFECT

Why is there a gap above the sealed section?

it's black foam, took the pic at night so it looks like there is nothing there. and i noticed towards the far left on top it looks like it is cut off, but it's not. I will take a close up tommorow

Btw the truck is playing, I couldnt run it hard for long because I need to fix the hinge, but it was absolutely BRUTAL. So happy with how it came out. Just need to fine tune some things and fix the latch. Only played it for like 5 minutes cause it was late. I noticed was there was one air leak at the top about a half inch wide, will patch that up, never had to use foam before due to the top being removable, not bad.

Metered Wednesday with that tall asian guy from Modified lel. Never metered before, no deadner, gains werent set all the way to where I want them and low power. Numbers were on music and peak hold

139.22db @ 35hz
136.00db @ 28hz

I know there is a 140+ in it just needs some work

This was with the meter on the dash/window, Passenger door sealed up and drivers door open and on the SSA APM meter. Video coming soon from Mr. Modified himself.
