that's not really true.

 

The once I've done, all 12" setups subs up port side get into mid 50's without issue and still play music well. 

Older body S-10's are different yes.

220 amp, makes a huge difference

How low did your voltage drop before the alternator and how low does it drop now?

 

i still need to get a voltmeter but the factory one on the dash would drop low and the dash lights would dim, now the factory voltmeter stay about where it should and the lights don't.

right now this enclosure is working pretty good, I need to do some deadening, upgrade my power wire and add another batt before I do anything else.

What's the box tuned to and what's the cuts for it? I'm trading my blazer for a 96 s10 and new to box building I'm wanting it tuned around 32hz i love listening to my 3-6mafia gunna push my two hds3 12's with a brx2000.1d

I think I still have the design if you want it. . Wasn't designed for the hds3s though. . . . . If I remember right its right around 2 cubes each tuned in the low 30s

I went to my first comp today had a lot of fun and metered my truck for the first time. I got to hear some loud cars Steve Micks van made me jump back when he burped it I was too close to the open door lol.

It's a great amp I love it, I think I can get a little more out of this set up going to be  adding some sound deadener and a second batt soon.
