Tang Bangs look nice.  Would do the bamboo drivers though.  Not sure if I'd care for the titanium.

The ferrite version's resonse looks close enough from 200-1,500 and are 1/2 as much.  looks like a better buy

Did you take a look at the Silver Flute W17RC38, some drivers I'm eyeing to use in the future.

the titanium is a bit of fib from TB. its plastic with a metal foil applied to the face.

I've listened to both and couldn't disagree more. I kept the Ti's...

Using such a FR for a mid allows you to use a tweet that doesn't dig. Should help your overall response as well.

For what it is worth the Bamboo's are nice too.

Decided I wanted to hide the mounting flange on the sub.  Gonna take a ton more filler than I'd like to use but It's not structural.  I think it'll look ok.

Box as it is now.  Still have a good bit to go, maybe another 10 hours or so to finish the outside of the box.  As of now I have about 50 hours in the install.

well, the glass work went a little beyond what I initially planned as usual.

It's just a regular ported box with external ports and plexi on the back

I have no idea how you can tolerate spending so much time 'glassing and installing. You were blessed with a love for the craft I suppose.

I hate fabricating. I don't have the patience.

No I hate it with a passion. I just take it an hour or so at a time.

threw the 12 in a test box on a Kicker 500 at 4 ohms and I think I'm going to be more than satisfied for a DD.  I don't think I'll crank the bass knob up much with proper power.  This measly 250 watts is enough to get a little windshield flex.

just about finished the box....gonna make ya'll wait for pics but I think it looks and sounds damn good.  Gonna start hacking up the doors in a few days.  Gotta wit for it to warm up can't work in this blistering 40 degree weather.
