Need help with customer Service

I placed an order for a mayhem 12 and I have been trying to call for the past two days. I have not gotten a response through email or call, is there certain days where customer service is open?

Who exactly are you trying to get ahold of? Did you order from SSA?

I just wanted to call and talk to someone about the eta and if they actually received my payment. Because on my order status it says "awaiting fulfilment".

Yup, they are in line to be built, and your payment should be good since that status is showing.

21 business days is what they say. I don't know if they're back to that yet.

I got confused because I thought they were in the building process when it says "awaiting fulfillment". So awaiting shipment just means they are building it?

Fulfillment means you just placed the order and we have not processed it just yet, awaiting shipment means exactly that, regardless if there is a lead/build time or not.  In your case there is a build/lead time as per described on the page you ordered from.  Mark has been at the phone all week and has not received a voice mail about a mayhem. We are caught up on ALL emails and voice mails as of about 30 minutes ago.
