Pretty much just need to put the top of the enclosure on. . Going to sucked though cause my drill wont fit in the enclosure to do pocket holes and only have a little more than 5 inches on top so going to need to just use a screwdriver for most of the top screws.

Put the bit in a rachet. Will be little easier

I think ill try that :) Probably going to use a couple scissor car jacks in between the top of the enclosure and top of the trunk to "clamp" the top on then ill try using a rachet for the screws

Don't mind the sloppy cuts on the holes lol. Router broke a while ago so just been using my crappy jig saw I got.

The last part of the top will be removable just in case I need to do something inside the enclosure and don't feel like going through the sub or port holes. .

This is how I did the baffle. Got t-nuts in the middle of the 4 layers. And there nailed in real good through the other 2 layers so wont have a problem with the stripping like the spiked ones.

Man- Haven't looked in here in a bit....REALLY nice work!  Love the use of the 10/4 wire, and the sandwiched T-nuts.

Anyone know of some good batts that are 5.5 inches or less on any of the dimensions? Would like to be able to fit some batteries on top of the enclosure back behind where I put my amps
