I am happy and built differently in the fact that I am not just carrying a huge gut, but instead i am big all over and my wife likes me so I've always been ok with it. It doesn't make me want to be social any less by any means

Lol, I'm teasin bro. Honestly when you get to 500lbs and you decide to lose weight your only focus at that point is living or finding that the value of life means more. Of course that being said I am only 5'10" as to where bigjon might be 6'2" for all I know. Height plays a major role in how proportionate you carry your self as well. I just got to the point in life where I was like "ok, it now sucks to try to jump up on this pier from the boat"
