Big Dilemma for my New Dodge Dart.

Recommended Posts

And the CDT's & ID's are terrible for the money.

I'm done with your thread until you focus on what you need to first. Let us know the response of the headunit and THEN we can start to determine what to do.

First of all my car is to new, and I have found no information on whether it has processing or not.

Secondly, I don't understand why you say that the mini DSP won't do anything for me? In the event that my HU does have processing what else would I need. According to their website it has:

Audio Processing

• Real time tuning

• Upgradeable firmware

• Low/High pass filters

• Graphic & Parametric equalizers

• Matrix mixer

• Level, Mute, polarity

• Compressor/Limiter / Expander

• RMS Meters for inputs/outputs

Third of all I went ahead and got the Peerless Nomex and Dayton Reference 6" mids because they are cheap, and the general consensus is that they are both awesome for the money. Some say the Daytons can't play well above 2K and some say the peerless don't have enough bottom end. They are cheap enough for me to decide on my own which will pair best with the LPG26. Build/tune/install thread coming soon.
