I have to move to a warmer, far less congested, far lower cost of living area. Sadly, that's Florida.

My house is for sale. Find that in Maryland.http://m.estately.com/listings/info/12619-riverhill-ct

that's the nice thing about Texas. You can buy houses cheap and still make easy 6 figure salary. Comfy livin.

How cheap would I have to get this bike to make it worth it? (CL ad didn't have pics).

The wifey REALLY wants a bike and I'm thinking if it fits her okay it would be a perfect "1st bike that your going to grow out of quickly anyways and sell to get a new one".

Need a link or a hint...

Didn't even realize its not there 2006 Raleigh Cadent 1.0

I know, Steve's house here would easily be .5m here.  Ugh, sickening.

It is a throw away, I wouldn't spend more than $50 on it.

I'm going to be in downtown Dallas in March for a conference, if I have any free time is there anything I should check out in the area?

Grassy knoll?

Hell I'm not familiar with Dallas. Though once my house sells I will be moving there. Hopefully next month.

House has been listed for 24 hours and we have our 3rd showing today. The two showings yesterday were from the same family coming back for a second look.

With that comment, I can no longer consider you an intelligent being. You must be part Eskimo.

Florida isn't terrible, my parents moved down to Melbourne and they absolutely love it. House prices are cheap, living is cheap, no state taxes.. It's hard to beat.
