Mmats installed, now the Extremis have 150w / side and the Fostex's are are around 80w / side.

With the midbass HP'ed @ 30Hz I found rattles in the overhead console and I can feel a draft on the legs. Hooray for midbass, the Extremis were a good investment. And overall it can get too loud laugh.png

Yay FR front stage team! ;)

Maybe something I can try on the next trip to Baltimore.

Maybe DC is a better choice.

I will have to check with Aaron, he may know.

What's that?  I think I missed part of the convo.

Squid ink, is that something you can get at the Cross Street Market?

Heart has to be fresh to be good. Like, uni fresh.

I eat turky hearts all day long. Gizzards are my favorite. I even like them tough and grisly. Reminds me of thanksgiving.

Do you cook gizzards? I've never had a good one, but am ALWAYS open to anything that anyone likes.

I love food, but textures sometimes not.

Most of them are like rubber bullets. But the flavor is usually amazing. I don't know how you get them tender, but they have been that way by accident.

They are like solid lumps of chicken soup to me. Always yummy and I just deal with the texture.

I liked them as a kid and now they are comforting. I love the neck bone too in the same way.

You got to boil the bejesus outta them and then fry em up like chicken

So, turns out one of the people who hold the car audio competitions here got scared when he saw the initial score of Project Stupid (141.3) and now changed the rules of the class so that external aero ports and unpainted boxes are not class-legal, knowing what I'm usually up to and wanting himself to compete.

What a piss-poor excuse for a person. And he calls himself an adult. Oh well, it's not difficult for me to build a box with an internal aero and make it look classy, I've always wanted a box which looks nice and is loud, this is a perfect excuse laugh.png

That's BS

You'll still take him down, and now the victory will be sweeter.

Get 'em!

Not sure.  We can ask around.

I think it looks disgusting.

Some better plating is in order, but from seeing the ingredients I KNOW I want to eat it.

Let's see.  . . .   I absolutely HATE salmon, and I am allergic to eggs. . .

Ever try smoked salmon?

Again, as long as it is cold smoked it's yummy. Smoked to cooked is bleh.

Yeah when I say smoked it looks like it's still raw.

I love and hate XBL at the same time. Almost requires a level controller.

I heart XBL^2

Which actually had me wondering how easy/hard it is to make my own. Wanting to eat twenty bucks worth in a few minutes is not cool.

It isn't easy to keep smoke going at 60deg...

with a real fire anyway.

And external smoke generator/fan setup and the BGE will get you there though.

Damn. The only thing I can think of is a vertical smokehouse where the salmon could be moved up incrementally for the right temp, but the fire would probably require constant attention.

HK receivers blow.  I wasted money on one once.  HAd several issues with it.  Returned it 3 times and finally just ended up with an Onkyo.

Heat rises dude. You need to make smoke and then cool it.
