Get some creatine for shiggles. And tear the gym apart. Gain 20 pounds and worry about cutting when you hit another plateau.

Fuck that cutting bullshit

Don't need creatine if you're eating three steaks and an ice cream sundae everyday

Woodford Double Oaked FTW. The guys in my old shop chipped in and bought me 2 bottles... I am happy right now... 1/2 a fifth happy ;)

Steak works like fiber for me.

But yes, if you do decide on beef as your sole protein and don't miss a day, you could skip the creatine.

:-)

If you like whiskey/bourbon Woodford Double Oaked. It is fantastic. I have spent a lot more money on American/Canadian/Irish whiskeys and really find it the best for the money. I have honestly spent $120 on a bottle of Irish and not been as satisfied... and I like a strong Irish.

But the question is, what kind of liquor do you like? I am strong with whiskeys (please tell me what kind of whiskey you like, ie: Irish, Kentucky Bourbon, Tennessee/Canadian Whiskey, etc.), Tequilas, and modest Vodkas (not a huge fan of them, but have friends who love them and have tried several mid level Vodkas), and several boutiques from Jaeger to Absynthes.

Not a fan of liquor myself. But I do have a bottle of King'a castle.

Mix it 1/1 with cocaine. Crack is an aid to everything.

I like the way this guy thinks

I'm just relaxing.

BTW can I get a bed suggestion for a queen szed? Need something that holds up to a 'rougher' night life than most. It also is consistantly used as a couch too as the couple doesn't spend much time outside of the bedroom besides work either.

Have another buddy in critical condition after a motorcycle accident, this is just becoming a recurring nightmare.

Something with an adjustable base so you can ride it like a couch. Just buy what is most comfortable that you can afford. And don't pay sticker price.

But are there any brands that are above the rest in terms of durability?

Tempurpedic is by far, and I do mean by a stupid margin, the most durable.

I specifically recommended the Grand Bed(cloud or original), the Allura(original NOT cloud), or the Cloud lux.
