I signed up for pilot school and the admission  people made it extremely clear hat 99.9999% of the first round draft for pilots are all from some .mil organization. 

 

Ultimately a deciding factor in me not going through the classes.

He’s at a local college doing prereq currently. Not sure where he plans on training.

When I was signing up it was 

#1) Get instructor liscence so you can bill other people to get your hours to go comercial  

#2) Fight guys who flew stuff around gunfire and explosives for the same job.

#3) Do some undesirable stuff until the .mil guys move on or you prove you're gangster enough to play with the big boys or puddle jump people in countries that xpats go.
