I havent beej feeling well or getting enough protien.  

Decided to make a bunch of soup for the week, so AC is off thinking it was going to rain.  Also decided to hit the elliptical for intervals.  Getting close to the 60 min mark.  Holy fuck this is brutal. Gota do it though. I want to get under 20% before fall, and hope to hit 15% by Christmas time.

You know the old saying..

I saw an electric burr grinder at Walmart and it almost came home, but for $50 I can buy a hand crank grinder on amazon and I'm sure it would do better.

The words "burr" in a grinder don't mean jack shit.  The ones at walmart are garbage.  Not any better than a $10 spice grinder.
