Holy fuck.  Yeah, thirst women are a real thing.

I had a pharmacy rep come back 3 times to discuss a return for a sale.  Blood in the damn water, I feel like piece of meat.

"Is that a wedding ring?" must be the absolute favorite I've heard.

Speaking of women, Anni's Cheerleader team took 2nd in state this weekend!! They took first last year, but had bumped up to a co-ed class this year.

So in doing some more reading, this fucked psoas thing could have been responsible for a lot of the GI trouble I have had over the last decade.

I'm kind of annoyed that a crazy amount of the suffering I have had could just be real tight muscles in a real terrible place.

I think we've only just begun to understand the human body and I firmly believe we can correct our issues naturally.

I have had crazy bouts where I feel I can't eat, drinking even water is tough, and I will have constipation at the same time as loose or watery bowels.  I constantly felt the need to urinate, and I dont have a problen there, but i would just feel blocked.  And the first time it really happened it was so much pain I couldn't believe it.  It was way before my first arthritis flare up by a few years too.  It was after my hip started to hurt however and I had gained some weight at a seated job.

I saw all the specialists at the U of M.  One told me I had cancer and then took it back a few tests later.  What baffled everyone is that for me to make my GI pain better I would take anti inflamitories.  That's so backwards that anti inflamitories are one of the more common reasons for constipation.  So that makes absolutely no sense from a standard medical point of view, but if there is swollen muscle involved... And the illiopsoas is only second to the glutes in size but it's goes through your hips, and it attaches to your spine and femur.

The first time this lady pulled my psoas I had a weird gut feeling.  The other day I stretched it and did some exercises to strengthen around it.  I think I may have gone overboard because I'm having the same exact excruciating pain.

I am also reading into the fact that the nerves for your GI system, Vegas stsyem I think is the name for that system, bundles and pulls through where the psoas connects to the spine.  So low low back, groin, and hip pain, accompanied by really crazy IBS that is helped only by crazy strong anti inflamitories and/or muscle relaxers.

This all sounds so familiar to me.  Unfortunately, every "specialist" I see relates it to my diabetes, even though I had these issues before diabetes was even a thought.

I stopped wearing mine.  Put it on and bitches want to rape me, take it off and I get ignored unless I get "on stage"

Exactly.  Of course most problems start in the gut.  Some in the brain.  And the rest in the muscles +.

My gut rolls over when I get a foot massage too.  Same shit.

Again, problems reguarly start in the gut...not that the cure is always there.  Tension, stress are self inflicted but regularly require someone else to work it out.

As I've stated many times in here, I would KILL for a real reflexologist in MN.  I am sure there are some, but I have NO IDEA where to look.  Add to that some accupunture and a diet change and I am pretty sure that the rest will work itself out.

I can relate to every of those symptoms all too well also.  Both my parents were diagnosed with diabetes in the last year.  After growing up eating their diet. The all  American, red meat and potatoes five days a week with a bunch of processed food...I had severe digestive problems by age 20.

Turned into a vegetarian for a good year at that point. My first good cleansing came out like a babies first shit, black and like tar.  But was the first time I experienced diet having such a profound effect on tension and other body functions. Have never had a cleansing that brutal since.

I still go on fairly severe diet sometimes. Which consist pretty much purely of detoxing food and lemon water. Once I get through the first few days I literally feel like a different person. Cognitive focus is unreal, I can walk through stress with ease. Body aches and joint pain lighten up. The bladder/prostate pressure goes away.   energy skyrockets. Hell, I can even get better stiffy's.

Otherwise I live on carbs and sugar. When I'm really stressed out I naturally want to go for the carbs. The fucked up thing is the stress hormone cortisol depletes the body of the building blocks it needs to make serotonin and dopamine, among other things. High levels of cortisol for long periods will wreak on health, and cause all kinds of problems from arthritis to heart attacks. This is where a terrible diet and stress comes into everything and takes over if not arrested.

Then you get into heavy metal toxicity if you are someone like you or I Ryan, that has been around VOC's their whole life. The body will replace depleted minerals with stored toxic ones that can serve the same function, if not replenished. Metal toxicity has some crazy symptoms that can be very misleading.

I could go on, but my point is it is truly mind over matter. Basically requires overcoming maladaptive behaviors and replacing with the correct ones, after fixing what can be fixed. Finding that balance is the key.

Last acupuncture I had was on the detox part of the ear.  First few pisses afterwards were dark brown like nicotine stained water. Was nucking futts.

I am trained in foot reflexology and know most of the other pressure points on the body as well. Not something I admit to most people though, but can tell when someone needs it. :)

So last week I slid into a curb but thought nothing of it. This week I had to stop hard and cut the wheels. And it shifted my truck out of alignment big time. Got it close in the driveway and torqued it up. Headed for an alignment this morning.
