Was sitting in the bar with our CEO having beers waiting from the Dortmund game when we heard about the bombs.  WTF.  He is from Dortmund and while it is 350km away that just doesn't seem that far right now....although with our presence in Korea perhaps that will change :(

If Syria and actions in Korea are solely executive actions Trump should be impeached instantly.

At the same time, if the targets in Syria were truly chemical weapons plants then he should receive a reward for doing the right thing.

I am dumbfounded as to why pointing a weapon at N Korea could ever be thought of as a way of negotiating.

This does NOT look like a peace keeping mission to me:

Particularly confusing if the speculation that their nuc's can actually reach CA.  Personally I am not interested in being in CA right now AT ALL.

With these idiots it takes a show of force to help remind them why they are 3rd world.

As for Trump, at least he's doing SOMEthing unlike Obama's bitch ass.  Syria should have been dealt with years ago.

I think we're going to see a revolution in North Korea soon.

I have to have two large protein shakes to sustain over 200 grams a day.

I personally would never use a supplement.

I also have no interest in preservatives or processed bullshit either.

To clarify the word use doesn't mean never imbibe as I am not a tree hugging dipshit, but use to me is something habitual.

Especially considering the "supplement" industry is not subject too FDA regulations.

Of course the FDA is hampered by politics and lobbyists, so that may be moot.

I tried but I cannot balance  working, exercising, and life.  One of those would have had to be reduced greatly or i would have to dedicate more time than i have to cooking and meal planning.

My basal metabolic rate is around 2600 and now i burn a bit more than 5000 kcal every day.  Most are closer to 6000 and if I have a day off with no chores or I'm on vacation I am in the 9000 kcal territory.  Just an evening at a bar socializing burns 1400kcal for a few hours out.

I need about 300 grams a day. Reliably. That has to be my standard and I'm at a half to a third of that unless I meal plan and just boil chicken breast.

No clue how to overcome this without supplementary whey or other concentrated protein sources.  It is real food, just too many flavorings and such.  For now its just what I have to do to get the tasks I need to done.

I find myself dealing with this like a personal failure honestly, but I cant function without the crutch right now.

I don't like injecting humera either, but walking and being able to have functional joints and soft tissue,  is really nice so I just cope with the side effects.

I'm even destroying the vegis like an insane man.  My micros and fiber is on point.  Carbs make no difference other than how lean I look, but I was literally deflating because of the lack of aminos needed to carry me around.

Protein and creatine are the only things I have faith in.

Bulk supplements sells unflavored whey that I really enjoyed.

IIRC the isolate gives you the best protein to calorie at a good value

Why not have faith in real food?

I'd bet 200g of real protein > 100g of whatever supplement

I agree that whole food is better Sean, i am just struggling to get it in.  All i have done is add whey, some aminos, and some super healthy fats.

My body is already incredibly different and the extra protein is giving me a lot more energy and helping me crave more healthy food....

In this case the positives really out"whey" the negatives, and it might help me bridge into eating more whole foods without compromising my exercise that i want.
