If you want to actually get a car in there, absolutely.

That one is for the trailer.  Triangle in between for bikes.

I originally drew it as a 30' garage since I figure that would let me park a better snowmobile trailer inside and still have plenty of space to rip one apart behind it.

Thats a solid floor plan

I am completely open/eager for feedback.

That being said I am stubborn too so I'll probably comment back why it is how it is.  That drawing is a bastard though.  I paid an architect to draw 4 plans and then took the 4 and combined them and modified.  Going to have him take one more crack at it though.

If the bid doesn't rape me tomorrow.

Peng's shock on the pricing here is making me feel better.

Of course, it is bad for two reasons.  First is location, second is if I don't finish my house to a certain level I will lose.  At least I don't need any appliances.

....although the drawing is for a 48" stove instead of the 36" I have.  DoH!!

I am procrastinating.  I was going to rewrite a Pee Wee Ellis song for 2 guitars, a bass and drums.  Brought the bass down and scripted out, but of course turned on the Chelsea vs AC Milan game.  Pretty awesome that it is the first game at the new Vikings stadium.

Need to get it done though so tomorrow I can write a new melody so I have time to rewrite the chords before next Tuesday.  Gotta funk up the Chicken, lol.

Sean how do you find all the time?

Also... Lets get on the boat you bastard.

Mystic CT is cute..

On Friday I plan on driving all day... One of my only 2 days off for 20 days.  Where should I go? My other day I think I'll take a train into NY.  My friend is BFFs with a fitness model/trainer and she might shown me around town so that's a thing...

If that doesn't pan out, what should I do for my days off?  Anything I MUST do while here? I don't want to waste my time in the NE area.  Especially when the company is paying for 99% of it.

I veg by doing shit.  I am not able to sit still.  If I focus I can write that out, change the key, change the chords in a couple hours.  The problem then becomes the variations...that takes weeks.  Lol.

I agree on the boat.  It is full of gas.  The tank I filled when I pulled it out of storage... :(

Where exactly are you?

<-hasn't been to CT since 1991 when I went Yale/Harvard game.  Wish I would have had more fun as a propy there.

Know nothing of Hartford.

Choices really are Boston or NY.  Maine will remind you of home.

I'm full of gas too.

I just lift things when I have down time.  I can't use my brain right now.  Too much conflict.  It's killing me.

The moment I have down time I have anxiety attacks.  Mornings are hell.

Downtown Boston proper is not that great of a singles or bar scene.  NY wins there.

I wouldn't live near either city.

I didn't plan on Boston... Maybe cape cod or something.

I would like to eat my weight in seafood at some point.

Being alone something cultural may be fun during the day.  I'd peruse the Lonely Planet and find things you'd like to see in either place and go.

Whatever you do, stay in the heart of wherever you are going.  In NY that means a dump or something you subsidize, but seriously contemplate cab/uber rides as a major annoyance.

I am crazy though....but love cities with monster train systems.  Almost always best as a first visit to stay near the largest terminal.  That doesn't quite transcend to the US though since we are a car based society.

I'm kissing distance from Rhode island. New London area.

This village is called mystic and only 15 min from where I am.

Here you can build a 5,000 sq. ft. house on 20 acres for less than a million, FYI.

My lot is more than half that and is only an acre.

:woot: just bought another NVX amp.  Thanks Aaron.

Really curious how the super dinky ones will work.  Had to try one.

Again, that's built, not bought. Buying it would easily be 2.0
