I'm seriously thinking leg day on a day where I'll finish with 25,000 steps might be a critical error on my part.

I ache everywhere from yesterday.  Fuck me I am out of shape.  Burpies, situps and push ups ought to correct that.....if I wasn't too lazy to do them.

Taurus TCP 738.  I bought it after tons of good reviews on reliability and it's ability to shoot well with all types of ammo.  Kinda hard to test when it won't even chamber.  The magazine has trouble positively engaging with any more than 4 rounds also.   I'm calling the store first thing tomorrow.

Definitely return it. My brother bought one for his wife and she has issues with it to this day. Mostly loading, but when it does fire it stove pipes.

It feels like a shit ton at 24400 and now I'm just pacing to see where I end up.

Bike is back from the shop. The cable was frayed at the shifter and the derailleur. They greased everything up, trued the wheels, tuned the shifting, got a new front tire (old one had a gash in the sidewall). I put a new battery in the computer and got it all back and running. Unfortunately, I have no idea how many miles were on the odo when it died.

Feels good to be in the saddle again. Hit 31 going down hill near my house (maxing out my gearing at 50/11, but not maxing out my cadence). It's fun to be riding along at the same speed as the cars.

Check the tension on those spokes.  Most bike shops suck at truing wheels.  Pluck them.  They should all sound the same.  Even tension is more important than trueness....outside of brake performance whcih of course sisc brakes alleviate.

New cable is $5 and 10 minutes to put on.  Next time spend the money on a bike stand and do it yourself.  All stuff os real easy and takes nearly no tool investment

I am also personally not a fan of odometers.  They make you set the goals strange but what motivates me might not be the samw as others.

Time in the saddle at either focused heart rate or muscle burn is much better than miles.  That being said measuring cadence i understand and agree with but it can force you to over analyze shit

50x11 at max cadence should be around 45mph but without a big hill that requires you to be super man

I returned it today, but they don't do return or refunds.  They'll send it in to the factory for repair.  If I get it back the same way, I'm going with the LCP 380.

You are making me want to pull down the road bike again.  Really prefer to ride with someone then though as drifting half the time adds a shit ton to my average speed.  Otherwise i feel slow lol.  I dont on the fattie though.  It is just fun
