Almost blew out the left knee again.  Been fighting through big pain during games, trying to not see my orthopedist yet, as I know what he is going to tell me.

Agreed.  The only problem with that is I am still hanging on to a spot on high level teams and I am the old guy already as it is.  So the risk of being on the shelf + rehab is dangerous.

I understand the dilemma.

 

I hope it works out for you.  I'm extremely concerned that my left hip has some damage. I don't want to stop working out so I stick to things that don't hurt it.  Oddly swimming is what causes the most pain.

Ironically, a guy rode by me on a Trek Fat tire bike yesterday. He was riding with no hands and made a pretty quick turn.
