Not sure what you mean, but doing straight bar bent rows I use 180-200 lbs every week. My bench is 280 weekly.

I am sure I could max out with more weight, but I do not max out currently. No spotter, so I have to stay within my limits.

I'm benching about the same maybe more on good weeks... But bent over rows in only about 185

Well, the Orange made a good run of it against the odds.  Too bad the hat ran out of rabbits on them tonight.  Was a hard fight against a very strong team in the Tarheels.
