The wife pulled in and gave me hell and said what if you fall, I said don't let me suffer. Life insurance will have a good payout for her.

I have to hire some climbers to go up and limb a huge oak I need to drop.

It's an easy 3' diameter trunk.

I will take a picture for you tomorrow. Mine is not that large, but will take me a couple hours.

I get right to it from the home page.

I do have some upgrade message stuck to the top like a banner though.

That only works for me if it is in the top 5 most recent posts.  Of course I can go into the section it is in and click on it, but I generally read/skim all new posts and miss a ton now that the read new post section is dominated by feeds

anyone know where i can buy clear pvc in Minny?

https://www.clearpvcpipe.com/clear-pvc-pipe/schedule-40-clear-pipe.html

Just smaller stuff.  Thinking about making some outdoor LED's and want a more squirrel proof setup than loose wire or soft plastic hose.

It has been closed a lot lately, but easy enough to find out :)

It's going to be open then, as far as I can tell from the website. Work trip is in 5-9 September, my birthday is on the 6th, so a Nurburgring ride on the 10th is just about right for a birthday treat.

That would kick ass!

Clear pvc will discolor outside.  Gets a brown tint too it.

Thanks for the headsup, still should be okay with LED's no?  Should I stick to white light instead of RGB or is it just a little browning?

It will eventually turn totally brown.  I will snap a photo of some I just removed back in the shop.

I can't say.  I use them for work all the time, but I never see shipping costs.

I used to use their polycarbonate tube for enclosure ports and I would use LEDs to illuminate them, but I've not made a personal purchase from them in years.

If you want Clear PVC to stay clear it should never see sunlight.  You'll start to notice it within a few months probably.

Out of direct sunlight is better, but my vote is give the kids some slingshots and put a bounty on the squirrels.

Ha, bounty?  Until the big owl moved in you could look out the window and count over 100 of them.  Now they are hard to count.  You've seen my yard.

The lights are actually for the neighborhood signs, not my house.  Every year though I fix my christmas lights at least 5x since the squirrels like to nimble.  I won't do that for the neighborhood.
