Good.  If you need something call :)

I just wanted to let everyone know that Sean"s equipment is amazing ;) (Polytec that is)

I got to spend about 4 hours setting up measurement points to measure micron movements, then run it in the Doppler software and watch 3 different views of the sonotrode, we then made some material cuts to get the results we needed to make sure there were no frequencies in our desired operating range and ran the Doppler again to see if the face of the sonotrode was working optimal.  It was truly awesome for me to get to do this and see how it works.

I now have a much better understanding for how small those unit can measure and how the Doppler graphs work.

I worked my manager pretty hard to buy me one, but so far he is resisting.

Need to buy more weight.

Bangin out 300 for reps finally.  That feels so juicy. And I also feel like a bitch.  I used to warm up with 350 So I could bang out 720 for a few reps on the smith or >600 free.

C'est la vie.

Ain't nothing but a peanut.

Beast mode!

I finally got to spend time with a very good buddy in his element. Over the many years of working in my facility, I have help him develop die cutter stations for the nonwovens application. Yesterday we spent the day at his machine shop and way more than I had expected! I even got to make some cuts and set up the tool angle for sharpening.

Here is a link to give you a little look.

300 on what?

I consulted a multi rep max chart and I should now be in the 700 club! I based everything on a 5 rep "max" even though I do 5 sets of 5 for everything but DL.

Doing 2 plates on squats now. Can't wait to be doing 2 plates on Bench

Was it a single point or scanning?  They have both.  I assumed single from the text.

Dammit, I drove an older Mustang and I REALLY  enjoyed it more than driving Ava.  It's like the difference between my truck and Lincoln.  I like both, but the truck is just so raw and in your face.  The Lincoln is quiet, soft, and relaxing, like you're not even driving.

I don' think I should keep this car.

I can squat it about 10 times, bench 2-3, deadlift indefinitely depending on time between reps.
