Oh damn Matt2 I'm on the mobile and accidentally deleted your post about the iPad being the same price as the nexus 10. No warning or anything on the mobile skin.

And I should clarify , they both have 16 GB but the nexus 10 has a superior processor, more RAM, a vastly superior screen (~800p compared to 1400p), way better internals overall. I'm also comparing this to the iPad 2 the current iPad starts at $100 more.

ABUSE OF POWER!!!!

He shouldn't have pissed me off :P

Test drove a Silverado SS today and a TBSS. The silvy for two reasons. 1 to answer J's question and yes in every aspect it drives better than the Tundra. And 2nd to see if a coil over package on an Escalade would give it any hope. They both have one UBER problem which I forgot how bad I hated in my Silverado. The rubber fucking seals are god awful. Wind noise is butt fuck bad. Seriously not livable. Sucks donkey dick because the 6L is actually reasonably impressive in both. Exhaust note was nice sounding, but droney. :(Also made me realize I have a problem with 4 speed transmissions. bleh

Sean, I respectfully disagree. The Tundra is far superior in terms of comfort quiet ride and many other thing to the Silverado and the F 150. Which model Tundra have you test driven? I coulda swore you said you have not touched one. The Silverado is a night and day diference and I think if you drove one you would see it.

J

I drove a Sequoia. Never in the above did I say it wasn't quieter. Just drove like a truck in a non-positive way to me. ie, handled like shit

Bullseye from 1,000 yards: Shooting the $17,000 Linux-powered rifle

ARM CPUs, lasers, and Wi-Fi make firing this weapon an experience like no other.

http://arstechnica.com/gadgets/2013/03/bullseye-from-1000-yards-shooting-the-17000-linux-powered-rifle/

Interesting.

Looks like it could be fun to try, but I wouldn't drop 17 k on it.

J

Old timers dream come true. If he would be willing to try it. Super cool science though. Firearm and optic tech is so far behind in the small arms world.

I think it is awesome. Nothing for me though. I am rough as hell on everything.

:-)

The other thing is wind is harder to deal with than drop. And anything past this laser effective range, I would guess a bit more than 1000 yards and it's worthless.

Ospry, brand new S&B scope, AI rifle, and all the other gear would still be about 1/5 the price if you tried to get a good price and would be more versatile. WAY more durable too I bet.

But how can u even compare a Sequoia to the Tundra??? Again just try the damn thing before completely dismissing it. Just 20 minutes have changed quite a few friends minds already.

Sequoia is a Tundra...in fact better as it has more weight on the rear tires.

I actually liked the GTS just as much as the turbo or turbo S I drove....

Maybe it was the price difference and the cool sporty yet leathery interior or the GTS and a manny tranny.

New one isn't affordable. Pricing is pissing me off.

Still don't understand why the interiors are so shitty in so many cars.

And J, I excluded ALL pickup trucks. I have no need for a bed and it takes up a ton of space. The length ruins how they all drive.

Exception could be a Sport Trac Adrenalin, but I don't think I can handle the interior or NVH after yesterdays drives.

Ralph Guilles said that it only costs ~15 bucks more to do the interior on a Ferrari vs their other vehicles.
