I'd trust an HGST server drive over anything.  BY FAR.

Like WAY by far.  And yes of course I am also privy to all sorts of test methodology differentiation which makes it a bit unfair as compared to other HDD.

I can't stand this shit.  My poor car is out there broken.  Damaged by a cruel mistress and there's nothing I can do about it.

.188 bullet connectors.  Found a dual female one at an O'reilly.  Led me to Dorman's website where I could find what I needed and then on to the net where it seems pretty only Rock can get them.  Then Rock wants rape on shipping.  Yay.

With all this HD storage conversation, who used cloud storage as well? I need to back up my computer and external hard drive, and am hunting around.

I use some cloud storage, but tend to keep the information stored on a cloud lacking interest for potential lurkers. Mostly just pictures of a safe nature.

I use ASUS Web Storage.

I have ~3gb with Drop Box, 5gb with Google Drive, 50GB with Box (Promotion), 8GB with Asus Web storage, etc. I keep quite a bit of things on there because of the sharing aspect. Of course, I never put anything with critical information on there. It has saved me when hardware got stolen.

I also back up all my cell phone pictures to Google+. It is extremely nice when switching phones, because I don't have to worry about the back up.

I feel the same...but have nothing I need at Rock.  Pretty sure I will have something break within 10 minutes of me hitting buy though.

I have ZERO interest in cloud storage.  Fuck paying monthlies or getting tied into something that inhibits future selections.  I do "cloud" my own stuff.  Things I really don't want to lose get backed up to my parents house and vice versa.

I built a set of AviaTrix for mains and an additional one for center channel the other year for my brother.  I really like them, I just about didn't give them to him after I tried them out.

I see they now lump it as a kit which is nice.

I would be using it primarily for music and pictures. While I only share pictures that are 'up to snuff' I still like to keep the shitty ines to learn from.

I have 75,000 pictures on my PC (avg about 20mb), 3,000 CD's that I've ripped.  No way no how I am paying to store that somewhere nor require a connection that brutal to grab anything.  Can't escape paying for storage, either you pay for it and own it or you rent it.

Ok, then you are on the right page.   I suck at budget builds.

Have some ugly ass wood stairs in my garage.  What is a more suitable outdoor to indoor transition?
