Do people on forums complain of inside wheel lift in the corners?

Curious, morons on the snowmobile forums want a bump compliant sled and then they bitch that it handles likes shit. In reality they drive like pussies and no shit dealing with bumps means a higher CG.

Not really from what I have seen. But I think most people know to expect this. You can get wider axle and front control arms to help. But most of the forums I go to are MX racing forums, and those guys expect wheel lift.

I'd figure the same for those buying an "aggressive trail sled" but it seems that the ass draggers from the past that had no suspension have soured their views on how they use their body in corners. Was curious if it translated to land as well. I suppose the old 3 wheelers set the precedence though and although they couldn't lift it required body english to control.

I have seen on some of the more casual riding forums that people don't like the TRX450, but they tend to be more of the ute rider rather then the sport rider. I tend to steer clear of these forums, as personally I am aggressive in everything I do. Even though I hadn't ridden a bike of any sort for over 20 years, it took me 5 minutes on my son's new dirtbike to start thrashing it. So much so that he was in disbelief at how hard I rode it, end he has some pretty ballsy buddies he rides with. So it is more in my nature to seek out forums where the riders are more sport oriented. I have looked at a few Raptor/YFZ450R and the TRX450R based forums, and the rider base there is more prone to actually riding, rather then sitting on the seat and jacking the throttle. What I have found on these forums are real racers, rather then the casual rider who might complain about the work required to really ride it. So I guess it is more of an issue where I found riders, rather then just forums where people are getting into something they don't really comprehend.

And to be honest, I got ahold of a bike that was more then I was able to comprehend. But I have ~5 hours on it now and I am pretty comfortable with it. Admittedly it still shocks the fuck out of me from time to time. My son rode it around the yard for the first time yesterday and said he wasn't quite ready for it. But he wants a stock 450 now... right after I bought him the damn dirt bike 261.gif

Analogy of independent holds true on the snow as well. You can have the front half of your track coupled to the rear or not. Ones that are not mean ou get every whoop twice but they give you better ski angle for deep stuff. Ones that are coupled are way better on rough trail. Both fine on smooth obviously.

Sounds exactly the same.

My Rain-X wipers were pretty good, I have had them for almost 4 years now.

The biggest help is using some sort of compound on the glass. I used some local cheap stuff and water just slides off at anything past 40. It's pretty bitchin.

Bought an XT rear derailler from the same era as my bike and I'm currently watching the front derailler, same age.

I would highly consider pulling wires. I just have no idea where t start looking for DIY Home security

Same as car audio. Need to understand your goals before I can really help. In fact WAY more confusing than car audio.

I may not even understand my goals yet... Any information source you use?

Mike go to a forum. There are tons. To make it easier look for home automation not security. There are magazines, ezines, everything....

Just know that it is easily the most complex and baffling thing you will ever do to you home in any practical sense. Unless you are masochistic, or so poor you can't to pinch 2 pennies, or refuss to compromise on certain things hire a service.

And if you really honestly 100% care about security get a dog and a few NRA stickers. If you ever want to pick my brain I am more than willing to talk with you, but in general security systems are not a deterrent. Criminal psychology in practical applications is something I have studied a shit load while doing some research on human leadership and other alpha behavioral patterns....

Long story. But if you want to not be a target I can help.

Wiring up a home for automation, security, and/or networking also boosts resale values.

Locks keep honest people honest...

Personally, I'd be interested in the home automation with the touch of automated security.

Get some lights, some blinds, real doors, and a dog and you'll be fine.

Wait a year to find out what sucks about your house, aka, no insulation, windows are terrible, etc.  It'd be a waste to wire a bunch of crap up and then have to redo it when you gut that side of the house to redo it.

Bought myself a Fly Racing F2 Carbon helmet in flat black today. Fits great, looks good, and offers a lot of room and ventilation. I do wish the goggle opening was a shade bigger. I bought some Fly goggles, and while they fit perfectly it makes me tilt the helmet back further then I like. I may have to get some new goggles.

I also ordered some handgaurds and Maxxis Razors.
