It will help your abbs pop. Also helps with bone strength. Has more health benefits than cardio and is easier on the joints than running.

Plenty of core building exercises that use your body weight. Would assume abs will follow. I am supposed to do them all for my rehab, but yeah, that's exercise so...

Ski, snowboarding, swimming, skateboarding, diving is particularly amazing along with gymnastics, parkour, etc

Those are amazeballz for abs

Marathon orgy would probably work too.

Especially if you are the bridge part of a London bridge.

One handed beer curls work well as exercises.

Since I got back into it my daughter has taken a liking to it. Pretty fun working out with her, she makes things entertaining.

I'm 130, I think I don't need a diet. smile.png

I want a bit more distinctive abs, they are not covered in fat, but could use some growing.

Diet is in regards to what and how you eat, not a "diet" to lose weight.

Yup!

XEleventybillion. It is practically impossible to get a six pack without a strict diet.

I said practically impossible. Technically nothing is impossible, only highly improbable.

Strict = clean

Not regimented, but not garbage all the time.

I forever have eaten what ever I wanted and only lifted in high school for wrestling.  I have had a six pack since I was about 8 years old.  My son, is the same as I.  He's had a six pack since he was 5.  There's no strict diet or exercise here.  We just eat and play.  Of course I have been blessed with the gift to fuck endlessly like a jackrabbit, so I am sure that makes up for my lack of exercise.

Play is exercise.

You eat extremely clean and healthy compared to 99% of America.

I'll leave it at that.

I HATE running. Absolutely hate it. When I try to run somewhere I think "hmm, if I had my bike, I would already be there, with less effort"
