Didn't have much mojo at the gym today. Moved good weight but sore from previous days and a little sluggish so ran out of steam quickly. Only did 3 sets instead of my usual 4.

They have ran blood but I won't have an answer for another week or two. Normally I would say 'no news is good news' but with the VA I have my doubts.

The one I go to isn't too bad. They do pretty good at getting me in compared to the others.
