My house has all double paned Pella's. That, new Heating/AC and Pex plumbing through out really helped sell me on a 1907 built house.

What kind of trim? Wood grain showing or painted? If it's painted, MDF is far cheaper and visually indistinguishable from pine.

Weighed myself at the gym Sat, was around 181lbs. I've been bouncing between 180lbs and 183lbs for about 2 months.

Had to go out of town with my daughter for a couple days, so I skip the gym those days obviously and my diet is eating out for 4 meals (lunch/dinner on Mon and breakfast/lunch on Tue).

Weigh myself at the gym today and I'm a solid 185lbs. Holy shit 4lbs in 3 days?

I can't believe 4 meals out gained me that much weight. I'm wondering if taking a couple days off from the gym allowed my muscles some time to finally relax and rebuild? Not sure, but being at 185lbs surprised the shit out of me.

Could be.  I weigh myself daily so I'll just track it and see how it goes.  I've been trying to break through 183lbs for a while now, or just as importantly gain consistently instead of just bouncing around in the same range so hopefully I don't just fall back to where I was.

It's crap sodium. Not from regular salt but preservatives and what not. Also if you are a heavy sweater when working out you will have really built excess stores of water.

Glycogen stores may have been fully replenished but that is pretty unlikely to be more that 1/2-1 pound max. Unless your 5'5 and 180 at %3 BFP

Today was 100% fiberglass and painted, no wood. Not sure yet what I want to do. These were triple paned as well.

Hell I could probably do them for you for 30, if the materials cost about the same as they do down here.

Where would you get materials?

Lowe's, Home Depot, Sutherlands, and/or Menard's

Interesting, their websites don't make that seem a reality

Goal is to have a 911 by the end of summer. Not sure how, but I me gonna try.

Wife gave me the condition of having to build a shed for all the garage stuff.

First thing in the morning take a piss. Second thing you do, weigh yourself. That is the only accurate measurement of weight. I can weigh myself first thing in the morning and it will weigh 250-252 lbs. By 3PM I'll weigh 260-262. By morning it'll be back down to 250-252.

10 pound fluctuation in a day truly isn't anything. Peng is right. First thing after a Piss is pretty much the best time.
