So Sean, these pots I got are Mauviel. Just a 2.5mm thick layer that I have never seen before.

I thought it was a different brand all together.

Undamnbelieveable how heavy they are.

Biggest trick is not too worry. The copper portion of mine look like shit because I USE them They will outlive you.

Sounds good. I just wanted to make sure the pans didn't need any specific encouragement to patina correctly and not blue up.
