Well, shit. When I started the fire a few embers popped on my right leg. Didn't think anything of it until I get in the shower and patches of leg hair start falling off. Had to buzz it down with the hair clippers from the knee down to get it to look halfway decent. Oye.

Yes, because shaving 1/2 of your legs looks halfway decent...

We tried to go shopping, but it rained. Pounded a bottle of wine instead.

Been raining like hell here again. Tonka is up in people's yards and there is a full out no wake zone on the complete lake.

Crazy Sean!

It was torrential here for an hour. Then just light rain.

Romans must hate rain though. Streets are clear other than tourists.

I had a sparkling sweet red wine. It was crazy weird.

Prosecco is crazy here. All home cooked meals have prosecco.

I got some cheep prosecco to help me get a nap in. Yeesh.

Andre styles I think. Wine is weird in Italy. Nothing as bad as the worst in the US. But the medium priced wines are not as good.

Our host for the feast had good table wine, and one of the most dynamic reds I have had. It had a burnt caramel note. Not unlike a creme brule crust.

Went great with the cheese and jam course. Beef course too.

The fine selection I got from the street vendor to help me nap? Well, I had to mix it with pear juice.

How to have a fire during a burn ban?

Redneck hot tub.

One of the guys that use to be here used a coil of copper to circulate the water through into an inflatable kiddie pool as a redneck hottub.

My favorite red wine was one with a smoky flavor. The reds are either really good or really bad.

Sounds like Rome is treating you good. :)

Bought some Sourdough with rye seeds, and its SOOO tasty. Went great with London broil and eggs. This bread is one of my new favorites. Toasting really brought the seeds to life. Very original tasting. Definetly worth trying.

I will have to add that strain to my list of flavors to try. Is it more of a mind high? Sounds like it would be good for hiking perhaps.

My Kauai coffee of the month flavor came. Was a gift from the W for V-day. This months flavor is rooster alarm. Super earthy tasting and acidic. Has been the darkest roast they have sent yet.

Always looking for the super dank coffees to try.

Nothing like a hiking smoke. You guys have some amazing scenery out there. Both nature and of the two legged variety.

I seen some out of state plates that had tags good for multiples of years. In Colorado tags are only good for a year. Drivers license only five years. Was ten on the license but the changed it. Now I'm curious if states issue license plate tags for multiples if years to everyone?

It is a big yield, roughly 50/50 strain, leans heavily mental for me, and it gives me a ton of energy. First time I tried it I sat down to veg on some GTA online. I put down my controller in 10 minutes and started cleaning the house. My friend says it is a couch potato for her, but she is the only person I know of who has said that. Great for hiking.
