The bar is just high enough that I can grab it easily flat footed, and bend my knees just a bit so they don't touch on the way don. I have a small step ladder under me so its a small jump to get above the bar. 

 

I'm doing as a "negative" workout since i can't bust out a bunch of pull ups and I get tired of 1 leg assisted pull ups (on the step ladder).

 

I really want to get good at pull ups. Best I've ever done is 7-8 at once and right now I'm now where near that.

Check with your uni, I got all the office products for free. On my desktop I use Openoffice though.

 

I haven't worked out in over a year and just recently started back up so I'm pretty sucky right now but I've found that if I try to do a bunch of chins in one set (8+) then I get pumped up super quick and then I'm fucked for the rest of the sets (only able to do 3-4 reps), so I've been doing lower reps but more sets to get the volume in without getting pumped. From that I've been able to transition to more reps and less sets over the last few weeks. Once I get the work capacity up then I'll switch to weighted chins like bodyweight as warmup 10 reps, 8rm weighted, 6rm weighted, 5rm weighted.

 

Also for what it's worth when I did weighted chins like the above rep and set count I could do a ton of bodyweight chins even though I never trained for the volume.

But the family has been over the top awesome.

Today I had to skip the tour of the Vatican. I have this weird cough.

So I came back to base camp and crashed.

Too bad. Vatican is my favorite part of Rome. Amazing history, art, and artifacts. At least do the museums. You can spend days there.

I might try to go see some tomorrow, but I doubt it. Only got 2 hours of sleep a night for a few nights with this sore throat.....

Possible. They can be easy to spot on x-rays and easy to remove. Depending on size of course.

Honestly I believe Iran is playing a big role in this take over. Economically, and politically it makes all the sense in the world for him to do so. He sends in his troops to help when America won't and it makes a complete take over extremely easy. Additionally the videos I have found that are reportedly from these insurgent groups are not indicative of your normal terrorist. They are not of a 'easy' training background. They reek of SF training, and Iran does have a pretty damn good SF group.

Well, shit. When I started the fire a few embers popped on my right leg. Didn't think anything of it until I get in the shower and patches of leg hair start falling off. Had to buzz it down with the hair clippers from the knee down to get it to look halfway decent. Oye.
