Welcome to the IHoP v.2

You

I just had a home cooked meal from some family of the bride.

Brut with truffle crustini.

Mortodello, proscuto, olives, fresh mozzarella and tomatoes, prosecco starts pouring and doesn't stop.

The best lasagna I ever had with a Chianti.

Roast beef and potatoes.

Salad. I skipped this as momma thought I loved the beef so much she brought me more.

Cheese with Jam and truffle and honey.

Mmmmmmmm

You've always loved my beef.

:-D

Tiramisu, some $250 wine, some desert wine, a whole mess of lemoncello, and a couple espresso.

Best feast I have ever had.

Helps her family is loaded. He saved the wedding too.

Some local official was problematic. The cousin here is an attorney some euro exchanged hands and yelling happened.

Then the wedding was on.

Awesome saltwater pool too.

Rome is good.

But the family has been over the top awesome.

Today I had to skip the tour of the Vatican. I have this weird cough.

So I came back to base camp and crashed.

I meant the steaks...

And what your pan looks like after a 700* soak

Black, I would assume

Mouse nest. Now at 700, cooking the steaks in a pan though as that sort of turned me off.

Fuck them rodents. I walked into the kitchen the other day and saw one chilling on top of the backyard wall. Promptly grabbed a bb gun, opened the sliding glass door a few inches, shot it off the wall then went back to making lunch.

Sometimes I get a whiff after 10min of driving when they nest in the engine bay.

We will have a bunch.

My wife has done more with scenery I think. I've been spending the days shooting the celebrations.

Too bad. Vatican is my favorite part of Rome. Amazing history, art, and artifacts. At least do the museums. You can spend days there.

Yep. On one hand, we need to let it be. On the other, we can't let it be.

Fucking incompetent idiot negotiated with terrorists, pretty much means anything else he does foreign policy wise is useless. Either way I can't believe how idiotic the dipturd is.

Could barely sleep half the night. I did a work out yesterday and did some "reverse" pull ups where I would jump up, hold for a second and then slowly come down. I woke up in the middle of the night with my forearm and bicep muscles near my elbows were in so much pain. I had to try to sleep with my arms crossed because extending them wasn't going to happen.

Gotta sleep upside down while you're at it. :D

I don't know how hard you're jumping up to the bar but if you're grabbing it while you're body is still going up then that sounds rough on all the connective tissue.
