Sean those floormats are great! They catch everything and easy to clean.

Thanks. Will you use them or the fabric ones in the summer?

I am keeping them in, they make clean up very easy.

I don't remember you being that small.

I'm getting the itch again and found a Cobra I just LOVE.  I also am thinking about a bike too, or a new(er) Town Car and selling off all my other vehicles.

Price estimate for an extra garage stall?

Assume I can use one wall, plan to have it be "separate" from the other stalls, and that the roof can just be a single slope. Ignore concrete and ground prep.

First thing is permit and housing authority.

That part is easy. Not worried there, just trying to understand the $ ramifications.

May start out framed and ready to be a garage, but only a car port at first. err, trailer port. Depends of course on the permit stuff. Want to extend the roof back to give myself a covered area for my grill.

Just applied for HR positions with the TB Bucs and Lightning. Both are full time and year around. It would be great to combine my love of sports, and the HR experience from the Military.

Let's see how this turns out. I need to hunt more for work, since this job is not such a great place, and the drive across the city (which these positions would reduce) is getting insane. Especially at night,

Best of luck finding a better job J. With your skills you should be solid. :)

Thanks man. Sadly now skills aren't cutting it the way a degree does. So many businesses seem to hire these 22, 23 year olds with little to no experience who have a degree, versus the 29 year old with 10 years experience. I need to figure school back out.

J

Guess they figure they trained the 29, 10 years ago. Why can't they do the same thing to the 20 year old and save 10 or 20 grand a year in salery instead of paying the experienced 29 years old.

Guess I just see the experienced person as a much more valuable asset long term. Usually has more knowledge to share, and help the company grow. 20 year olds will bounce quickly for a little bit more a year. The older employee typically evaluates more, and attempts to stay before turning in a letter of resignation.

The wife and I are looking at crossover SUVs that will fit us and the 2 dogs on road trips (fold down rear seats) the focus hatchback is just not really cutting it with Chloe (pup #2) getting to size.

Sucks trying to find something with some kind of balls for an engine that isn't luxury.

Try the Escape if you like your Focus. Same chassis, just a bit larger with ground clearance.
