I own and operate 2 OSG's as my second job. I am vested in a couple of other OSG's with an organization. We have everything from lawyer's and sparky's to strong arm's on the payroll.

My forth job is repairing electrical gremlins and flipping them for retarded profit.

Preparation, presentation, and DEP footprint cut by 2/3 sure did make people think.

And the cheap aspect is bullshit too. Not sure why you are all so confused. Boneless, skinless, useless breasts are $6-8/lb. I bought nice Ribeye's two days ago for $5.99/lb. Raised in a much better environment and not pumped full of fucking hormones either. Actually has a little healthy fat instead of none as well.

Boneless skinless here is $3-4 and steaks are usually $8-$10/lb

Curry was awesome too. I have a few generic curry powders and I add a little extra toasted cumin and turmeric.

I didn't saute the onions enough and the tomatoes sauteed a bit too long, but damn good.

I can't imagine the horseshit quality of a $3 breast. Not like you have chicken farms that are easier to sustain in Texas.

Kansas comparable to here perhaps. Our soil wins, but the season isn't quite as predictable.

I mean seriously, you see the size of the breasts in those bags? That is hardcore not natural. In a normally bred heritage breed chicken the thigh is about the size of the breast. Fuck eating those genetical modified beasts that are sold to the masses. Yikes. I don't want a third testical.

I'd actually rather eat vegetarian meat. ie, stem cell bred heritage stuff than genetically modified.

We get sonenthatbare vac packed and they are always a "natural" size and have a much better color/ flavor than the typical Great Value selection.

Recognizing things you can improve is always a good thing. Of course it means I never like anything I make, but hey everyone else does.

No non-frozen pre-shipped in chicken is $3/lb for boneless skinless breasts...

Anyone have a favorite single pole electrical plug?

If these were insulated I'd use them.

Thanks for reminding me that I have to get a deep freeze and buy a 1/4 or 1/2 cow this year.

Need to find some pork as well.
