Dang it Sean.  Due to your recommendations and me googling just a bit, I've now got Nordstrom Mezlan ads popping up on websites.

This is my 1st time putting a stereo in this car, so I have to do everything from scratch.  Wires, speakers, amp rack, etc.

I had my last car 10 years so when I changed something, I already had most of the foundation in place.

With starting fresh and having to do EVERYTHING to it still, it will probably take me the better part of the summer.

Build log! :)

Found some shoes and a tie to go with her dress.

Issue now is that my damn jacket and pants seemed small. Went in to at least match new pants with jacket, no dice. Got black pants to go with it. I'll post a pic tomorrow and see how badly I am doing here.

Just not enough spare cash for a new suit right now.

J

I've been busy bit trying to keep up. I got a $200 works suit from Jos A Bank and spent about $60-$80 at a good tailor to get it fitted just right and I love it. It doesn't match the material of my $150 dress pants but it is nice.

PS do they make wool khakis or similar? I love my grey dress pants but all my khakis are just cotton. I prefer the feel of the woolies.

The plan has been to go see Jos A Bank or men's warehous sometime soon when it's a buy one get one sale and get a new suit or two, and some other things.

I just want to know that my closet will be filled with clothes to be prepared for almost any occasion.

J

The works collection is $200 daily. The rest are normally around $800 and there best deals are buy 1 get 3 free. However, I don't see any reason to buy 4 suits at one time myself. But, I think that you can go in with a friend and each get 2 as long as they are of similar price.

Or pickup a Boss quality suit from Nordstrom Rack. Sign up for a Nordstrom direct removal from your bank account card and get free tailoring.

I got a call from a manager in Germany, they offered me nearly double my current pay. This is WAY over what I expected, so it looks like my daily commute will go up from 10-15 minutes to 35-40

20 people total, 7 in this location, vacation skiing in Austria.

I damn nearly fell of my chair when I heard the number.

Mutha fucking 3/16" and 5mm. I have 2 short 5mm copper brake lines which I can flare easy as pie and the only long pieces I can find are 3/16", which slip off the flaring tool. I knew I should have bought the one for imperial brake lines. Driver's side needs 10 inches of brake line, passenger side, 40 inches sad.png

I can finish the driver's side easily and put a blank for the passenger side in case I really need to drive the car.

No, even though I should have. I was promised a review in about 6 months, depending on my performance. It's a huge sum,  compared to my previous offer at another company. None of my old co-workers left for that much.

What is daunting and what stopped me from being an asshole is that the level of work is a bit higher than what I do now.

Would have been a WHOLE lot easier to just put a disc brake on the driveshaft.
