Got some new toys today too.

Upgrading my 07 race sled to 2013 specifications. Lowers & widens the front end for better trail/ditch stability. Shaves more than 10lbs off too. Optional sway bar if I want it as well. Building myself a mini-Assault sled.

Track, extension, and new pistons should be coming soon too. Haven't quite picked them all out, but going to make it more aggressive.

Trails closed here on 4/1 so I have to stay on government land. Ditch banging the whole way tomorrow. St Bonifacious to Hutchinson or beyond and back is the goal.

It's only about 40mi but I always leave the highway by then and am not sure if I can get around hutch and stay on kosher property. Flipping around and hitting the same stuff in the ditch is fun though so perhaps I'll do it a few times

1st time I've had to throw a spare on my car though.  Thankfully this car was "luxury" for it's day so the spare is a full sizer.

 

Maybe I should take this as an opportunity to throw some balling rims on it

Don't forget to do block body lifts and not compensate in braking power for the massive increase in unsprung weight.

Well today my oldest turned 19 and he still lives at home, but is going to LHU so I can't complain.

 

Did the same when I was in college, saved a ton of money. Still living at home at 23 just graduated from bloomsburg in december... so maybe i'll move out soon haha
