Drove one with my mom a week ago. Holy shit boring. $39k in the format we looked at as well and for cars in the $35k-43k range it was the last one on the list.

How do you get started? Don't want to compete. My BIL owns a Dairy/Beef farm and keeps offering to sell me a steer and only pay butchering, but I know what he'd be out. Said I wanted to buy a Wagyu feeder ~300lbs or so and have him raise it. Then I'd give him meat in payment. Don't want to take advantage of him and gift him something in return. I've looked all over and can't find where to buy one :(/>

Tons of Wagyu breeders here in Texas; some even breed Wangus (Angus/Wagyu hybrids)

Went better than expected. They have some in stock at a store more than 50 miles from me, told them I wasn't driving that far & they needed to have one sent to my local store. Guy said he could contact the auto center to see if they could arrange that. Didn't figure they would be willing to do that, and still might not as he hasn't talked to the auto centers yet....but I'm tired of having to jump my fucking car in 10* weather, so atleast it's a step in the right direction.

Buy AC Delco. Best batteries available. I have seen cold or hot start problems with so many of the big brands it isn't funny. But Delcos are without a doubt the most reliable.

The Diehard Platinum are good batteries. They are actually re-badged AC Delco Platinum Professional batteries.

We buy sticks from a farm in the north west and artificially inseminate. They run about 50- 150 bucks a stick depending on the bull.

Yeah, I've driven the ES330, and the LS460 I think it was. I don't like the insurance premium though. I don't see the point either when they're basically a Toyota with thicker steel and extra sound deadening. I do like the mid to late 90s LS models though. I'm not paying $10K for a car with over 100K miles though.

Insurance was the deal breaker on the ES and the IS was a little too small she felt. Here Camry is a little pricey for insurance or more than I like to pay.

First real check of the year for me with out holiday and bonus pay and it seems my take home is about $90 less biweekly. Between healthcare and tax increases I might aswell get some of that Obomacare, I bet they did not get a pay reduction.
