Boggles my mind they get 240hp out of a 122 cubic inch engine.  2hp per CI, wasn't that long ago that was unheard of in a factory engine.

My sled gets 170hp out of a 48ci motor.

Of course it died a complete death.  Whole new motor going in.  $5500 in parts, $1000 in labor.  OUCH!!

 Ended up scoring a whole new exhaust on the jeep when it went in for the bumper repair. The bill went from 1200 to 7K. Insane the exhaust cost that much. Thankfully it was covered by dudes insurance!

 Going to drop 2100 on a new timing chain in the Xterra next week, at the dealership. Oh yeah.

Should be good for another hundred K at least.

 Local import shop didn’t want anything to do with it as they don’t have the specialty tools. My mechanic really didn’t want to do it either. 

 Figured if they were avoiding it that badly I probably shouldn’t attempt myself.
