You aren't charging enough.

I have a hard time ripping people off. I charge enough to keep me happy.

That was my first thought too btw.  Charging more reduces the work load.

I dislike doing people wrong myself. But it seems as the more I do people right, the more they take advantage of me. Its funny how you do people fair then when the shoe is on the other foot a lot would break it off in you if giving the chance..

I lost that expectation. I know who I can count on.

No, just the motor frame is getting mounted.  Knowing what I know now I would have said to also get the quick attach mount plate.

They aren't meant to be mounted without that plate.

I am guessing CAF finally died..Aaron have you tried to sign in lately? No IP even seems to exist for it anymore. I thought it has been odd that I did not receive any emails lately of members posting in my sections.Embarrassed to say I have not tried to even sighn in in a few months but honestly I haven't felt the need as traffic had nearly came to a halt since I last visited.idk

How centered is centered?

Off by anything makes tracking really tough.  I was off by about 2" on my first install and it was terrible.

Thanks for the info!

Former location was going to be off about 10".  New location will drop on center line.  Its going on a 19' Carolina Skiff.  Way better to find that out now than remounting it in a few weeks.

When going straight being off isn't that bad...but if you want to turn and are under high thrust it is really hard.  I had a wee boat with a 109' lber on it.  Went over 5mph with the trolling motor and you could feel misalignment easily.

Sean you are incredible.   I know how busy you are and this helped so much!  You really helped me out, and even more importantly got my mind focused and engaged.

Jack has had explosive diarrhea, so I have been getting up every few hours to let him out at night.  Been brutal.

Ha!

More explaining my tiredness. We haven't gone out for our sushi eating contest so I don't have that association yet.
